After seeing Sky on here and the Car Club deal I phoned them, and to my amazement an insurance company that actually know what there talking about, with cars like ours!

So after telling them all my details they kept in touch through PM's, a chap called Ollie who I think posts on here on, and rang me back as they said they would on time!!

Now the best bit, They saved me a whooping £455 overall compared with existing policy!!

Massive Thumbs up good

Would recommend anyone who hasn't had a quote from them to at least get one

I came into your shop yesterday to renew my insurance policy for the year and I was attended to by Daniel Lacey. I have never wrote a letter like this before but I feel I have to tell you.

Daniel Lacey is a credit to your firm. He was polite, attentive, professional and sorted my affairs out in record time and his maneers were impeccable; an absolute credit to you and I feel give credit where credits due.

No doubt he will get ribbed by this letter by his collegues but in my opinion he deserves recognition for doing a brilliant job.

I dont know how this guy does it, but he can seriously work wonders. My full faith in Sky is due to this one guy being the most amazing rep and providing a second to none service.

I must say that for a fairly stock car (albeit an import), my age (40-something) and NCB (13 years), I was expecting quotes in general to be a lot cheaper than they were (£500+).

Sky weren't the chepeast by nearly £100 but the approachable nature of their staff (dealt with a great guy called Luke), knowledge of the car and the perceived added value of their cover swung it for me.

Hi Ollie,
Thanks for having one of your team give me a call the other day.
As i work in insurance myself i have done management role as well as selling on the phone all the way up to dealing with outsourced companies and marketing aspects.

I thought i would provide some feedback on my service so far. . .

I was contacted by Grahem (not sure of surname), he seemed to have a very good attitude and dealt with the call well.
I know its something which is often talked about alot in insurance companies. sometimes service is worth more than price. Because i have had a good service and the price was also pretty good i will call Graham and take up the policy once i know more about when i shall have the car back.

Please thank Graham for his time and service when he called the other day.
